Privacy is hard to come by these days. Whether you are sharing a computer or are generally suspicious of peers who occasionally have access to your computer.
If you want to hide a folder or a file just follow these simple steps :
1) Right click on File or Folder you have to hide.
2) A dialogue box appears, click on ' properties '
3)A pop-up window appears.As default 'General' tab is selected.In the attributes option, tick on 'Hidden'.
4) Click Apply and then OK.
In order to show the file or unhidden the hidden file, just follow the above steps and non-tick the hidden option.
If you want to show or hide the hidden files/folders
Follow the steps :
♣ Click 'Tools' on main menu of a folder
♣ 'folder option'
♣ Select 'view' tab
♣ In the 'Hidden files and folders' select show or do not show hidden files as your choice.
