Union public services commission (UPSC) has declared the civil services examination 2011 results.
Woman candidate Sheena Aggarwal (roll no. 233541) an MBBS from All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) became the topper in upsc examination 2011.
Sheena Aggarwal is from Yamunanagar, Haryana. she is the daughter of Dr. C.K Aggarwal and Pinky Aggarwal. Sheena cleared the civil service exam in her third attempt.
Sheena clearly enjoying her latest success and there was no controlling the crowds outside the Aggarwal residence in Yamunanagar, Haryana.
Sheena Aggarwal said, "As a doctor, i was aware of the problem faced by people when it come to health and other issues, There are many people who don't have basic amenities and proper health care in the country. I want to work for them.
